Questions
Do I need special hardware?
No. TableOrder runs on the phones, tablets and computers you already have. A thermal printer is optional: use a Bluetooth one with a phone, a network printer, or whatever printer your device can already print to.
What if the internet goes down?
Keep working. Orders, KOTs, bills and payments are saved on the device and uploaded automatically when the connection is back.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, for taking orders, billing and alerts. iPhone browsers can't use Bluetooth printers, so print from an Android phone, a PC or a network printer, or use an AirPrint printer.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in India (Microsoft Azure, Central India), sent over encrypted connections, and staff PINs are stored hashed. It's your data: ask any time for an export. See our privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the terms.
